WP1 Project Coordination & Management
WP1 Project Coordination & Management has ensured appropriate guidance, assistance and support to the entire consortium by guaranteeing that outputs were delivered in time and with high standard quality. The Management team has continuously created opportunities for knowledge exchange among partners. The main progress and results are: the effective management of the project, the efficient communication with the EC and the Euro-Healthy Project, the successful organisation of eight project meetings and the production of the Report on Data Management (D.1.1).
